How do the questions about energy work?
Each question about energy has a closing date and a named source that decides the answer. You record a private 0 to 100% call first, and only then see where the crowd landed.
Does it cost anything to make a call?
No. Making calls is free. No money is involved, and each call is saved with a timestamp so you can check later how early you were.
